What this document is

This is a public offer to enter into a rental agreement on the terms below. By taking a membership and receiving toys, you accept these terms.

Membership and points

• A membership means toys worth 5 points at a time, for 4 weeks. The price is shown on the Membership page.
• Each toy costs 0.5 to 4 points depending on its value, condition and completeness.
• You pick toys within 5 points. Returning a toy frees its points again.
• The membership is paid in cash when you receive your first set. The 4 weeks count from that day: for example, received on 31 August — the membership runs until 28 September.

Period, swaps and delivery

• The set stays with you until the membership ends; you don't have to swap it.
• During the 4 weeks you can swap toys twice — whenever it suits you: one, a few or the whole set, as long as you have no more than 5 points after the swap.
• Need another swap? Write to us — sometimes it can be arranged.
• Self-pickup is free, on any day by arrangement. Delivery is within 3 days of your request, 250 RSD per trip; we agree on the day and time in our chat.
• We will remind you in advance when your membership is coming to an end.

Money rental

Large items — car seats, strollers, playpen, scales, sport frames — are rented by the day for money and are not part of the membership points.

The daily price is shown on each item. From 7 days there is a 30% discount, from 14 days 50%. Payment on collection.

Taking care

• After every customer we wash the toys thoroughly, check them and make sure every set is complete.
• Please return them in the same condition.
• Ordinary traces of play are fine and we do not charge for them.
• If a part is lost or an item breaks, tell us. Compensation is agreed case by case and never exceeds the replacement cost.
• If a toy is lost entirely, its value is reimbursed.

Age and safety

• The age on a toy's page is a guide: it is based on the maker's recommendation and families' experience and is given for information.
• Parents are responsible for safe play. Toys with small parts should only be given to a child under adult supervision.

Late returns

We remind you in advance about the end of the membership and the return. If you are running late, write to us — it is almost always resolved without consequences. Repeated late returns may end the arrangement.

If you don't renew

You don't have to renew. In that case, please return the toys by the end of the 4 weeks — we will agree on the day.

You can also end the membership earlier by returning all toys. The unused part of the paid 4 weeks is not refunded.

We may decline further service if these terms are repeatedly breached.

Law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. We aim to resolve disputes by agreement.
